Meet the Vice President

My name is Fednise Frederique

With a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Central Florida, Fednise is dedicated to advancing health equity and creating pathways for accessible care. Her deep commitment to bridging gaps in mental health services stems from a passion for making care available to underserved populations. She believes that health is not just the absence of disease but a state of overall well-being, which includes mental, physical, and spiritual health.

In response to the growing need for mental health services, Fednise co-founded the Firm Foundation organization, a nonprofit focused on creating a Christ-centered healing environment. The organization is dedicated to empowering individuals through mental health awareness and healing, offering a space where people can rest, discover themselves, and feel supported. Her work with the Firm Foundation reflects her vision of a world where no one has to face mental health struggles alone.

Fednise is also a strong advocate for women’s health, believing that women should have access to comprehensive care and resources that allow them to thrive. Partnering with her best friend, Kemisha Joseph, she has worked to spread God’s love throughout their community, offering support and care to those in need. Together, they are committed to making a positive impact, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background, can access the care they deserve.
